DiL Aka What Da Dil is an incredible and talented singer/rapper who is blessed with great songwriting/production and remix skills.

Born in West London, he is one half of the Record Label "Diamond Records".
He spent his high school years studying in FGCL Lagos. After moving to the UK, he further developed his skills by teaming up with artists and Record labels like “Big Brovaz” and “Universal UK” and then embarking on a career in music, which led him to obtain a degree in Music Business and Technology.

His company at the time “BlaqMoney”, partnered with the production company “Red Rhythm” and gave him the opportunity to work with various types of artists in music listed below.
His songwriting, production and remix credits include Ashanti, Rev Run, Leona Lewis, Aaliyah, Sean Paul, Boyz II Men, Run DMC , Kool and the Gang, Liberty X, and more. In his native Nigeria he has worked with such acts as Ikechukwu, JJC, Kween, Wiz kid, Kel, Justina, Durella and more…

He co-produced the soundtrack to Beyonce’s “Bodylicious” DvD under Red Rhythm UK which earned him significant sales performance awards.

He co-wrote the track "Someone Call The Doctor" which was featured on the NBC America Emmy Award Winning Hit TV Show "Queer Eye For The Straight Guy" which is broadcast to over 100+ countries and his live performance of the track was included in the show.

As an artist, he co-runs an Independent label called Diamond Records with his partner Chuma X. He has the ability to captivate the audience with his live performance and has received international awards for his contribution to the industry and pound for pound will take on anything the world has to offer in the R&B/Urban/Afro beat/and Hip Hop arena.

Currently working on a few new projects including “Michelle Williams” upcoming single and his debut album titled “I Don Land”. it’s scheduled for release early 2012 and features artists such as Ikechukwu, Durella, Kween, and more. His Current singles, “Nigerian Girl Ft Sasha, Sound Sultan, O.D & Stonce”, “Low Ft Eldee”, and “One Kind Ft Stonce” are due to hit the airwaves shortly and will be available for download online.
